Ending the year looking pretty blue.

A strong final week and they could turn a few more categories blue too.


The defensive numbers will end the year looking thoroughly mediocre overall, but they're probably all in or close to top 10 without Klinger in the lineup.

I dunno i think florida's forward skill gets a bit overrated. Barkov/Tkachuk/Reinhart/Verhaeghe is nice for sure (f Verhaeghe is even healthy). But after that the skill level drops a ton. And our plug D should be able to handle rats like Bennett and Cousins.

BOS and TB scare me because a) goaltending, b) know how to play ugly team defense, c) have enough elite forward skill to punish you even when playing ugly defense.

agree with a) and b) but not c). for Tampa, sure. Boston, they have Pasta and that's basically it.

and for whatever reason Vasi seems to suck against us.

but yeah, I'm weary of Tampa.

Boston just seems to operate as more than the sum of its parts and the voodoo has to wear off sometime....
