Some people are pretty impervious to new information or having their current worldview challenged. Best bet is to ask him some variation of "what evidence would you require to change your mind on this" and stick to one plank at a time. You're usually going to get told that either nothing will change their mind, or you'll uncover the conspiratorial mindset where the absence of evidence is proof to them that they're right, etc. Basically, no rational person arrives at the conclusion Kamala's allegiance is to fucking India. You're not going to change a position arrived at through deeply irrational processes, with logic and rationality.
 
Tom Cotton was just on CCN spewing garbage about how dangerous Kamala is. Tapper barely corrected him.
