Biden is head of executive branch. Executive branch encompasses DOJ. DOJ is persecuting the opposing parties candidate 2 months before the elction.

It's lawfare plain and simple. There's no way around it.

so, a few things to unpack here.

first, it's prosecuting, not persecuting.

second, the prosecutions started long ago, so your whole 2 months before the election thing makes no sense.

third, you obviously don't understand how special counsel appointments work. that's your homework - go read up on that, and maybe you'll start understanding how the justice system operates in America.

fourth, even if we accept FlyGuy logic (note: we do not), this would mean that Biden is responsible for criminally prosecuting his son, correct?

haahahahaha so Vance, who came from an extremely meager and tough upbringing, served in the military, paid his way in college working multiple jobs after getting into an ivy league for grad school, and wanted to make a lot of money afterwards but was disgusted with the attitudes of the people he encountered so entered public life is not salt of the earth. JFC.
