There have been attempts in numerous states to modernize and reform it.

I'll give you one guess which party keeps blocking those attempts though...

Because you don't want the Joe Biden secret police to arrest you for your vote

Question: was he registered? 99% chance yes. There was a failure in registering this individual however voters ID in that case would have done butt kiss.

Now provionals have your name on the envelope and they check to see if the can count the ballot when accepted they get put in a pile so that your vote should once more be anonymous
