This is true.....I was in Valencia this summer and have family there. There is a lot of anger towards the govt climate denial and the general care of the cities infrastructure and water distribution system being left in disarray leading to this disaster.
Just this week it is calling for more torrential rain and it is not prepared.
This has brought together many people from all over spain to help, but they are doing the damn governments job
