Btw, the trick to get the right texture is to use icecubes after it emulsifies.

Yeah, that's essential. Use baking powder when you're boiling the chickpeas and the husk release easily and more or less disolve.

That looks like it could be the elite version (I dunno), but I would never bother with that and we still make batches that are off the hook. Just goes to show how easy and good that stuff is. And it shows just how much of petty loser one has to be to politicize a fucken bean purée. I mean, get a life already.
