That’s the type of deal Canada needs to shut Trump up about this 51st state garbage.

An MOU that agrees US companies can come invest in Canadian resources if they want. Just like it is now. His idiot Party will eat that up.
 
I’m only suggesting we sign a “deal” that contains some nice language about American access to Canadian resources, does not commit anybody to anything, and just reiterates existing market access and investment rules. Trump will spin as some kind of negotiating triumph and his idiot base will eat it up. That’s what his big China deals from his first term were effectively. The emperor has no clothes, but we don’t have to be the ones to say it.

Russia is trying to bribe Trump into recognizing their theft of Ukrainian territory. Separate issue, and yeah, it will probably work.

Where fascism really leads. The horrors of war. So those of us who are happy to just read a book have to be dragged along for the lesson by idiots who only learn the hard way.
