Project 2025's timeline was to have everything in the book done by July. None of this, neither the substance nor the rapidity at which everything is being done, is a surprise to me. Trump may be an idiot but the guys who wrote it and were shown in that video explaining it are not. And you can be damn sure that the oligarchs who funded it are serious people as well.
