This is the wildest part of all of this to me. The one thing that was always deeply bi partisan, from the most raging Neo Con to Bernie et all was that no one fucked with American national security. It's the most surreal political shift I've ever seen, to watch fucking Republicans pivot so quickly to being deeply, deeply unserious on national security. It's like watching the president of PETA bite the head off of a puppy to applause from the rank and file.
