I had it when I ruptured my achilles. You may hate golf, but you can loosen up the fasciatis by pressing really hard on a golf ball with your heal. Hurts like a MFer but it eventually loosens it up. that or a lacrosse ball, but the golf ball is smaller and can target the connecting tissue that causes the pain.The second golf is involved, ain’t be me. Fucken hate everything about that stupid game. Don’t get why ppl play it with their free time. Other ways to be outside and drink in Bangkok.
oh random question - anyone else have plantar? Was just diagnosed with it yesterday and trying to figure out how to make the fucken pain stop when I walk, sleep or wake up. Do the night splints work? Anything recommended to wear during the day?
