OT: American Politics

lol yeah sexist but I'll be the first to tell you Hillary was way more qualified than Trump in 2016. She just didn't have her finger on the pulse of the nation like Trump.

I'm sure Hillary being way, way more qualified than Trump greatly impacted your vote.

Hillary Qualifications:
- Poly-sci grad
- Yale Law
- Attorney for a non profit
- Director of a legal aid clinic
- Campaign organizing in the 70's
- A couple NGO board of director positions
- First Lady if you consider that a qualification for President...I don't.
- 2 x Senator
- Secretary of State

Kamala Qualifications:
- Poly-Sci & Economics Grad
- UC Hastings Law
- Deputy DA Alameda County
- ADA San Francisco
- Lead attorney for San Francisco Child Services
- DA San Francisco
- Attorney General of California
- 1 term senator
- 1 term Vice President

I mean, her legal career was definitely more prestigious than Hillary's, so it really comes down to thinking that 2 term Senator and 1 term SecState is better training for President than 1 term Senator and 1 term VP. There's also an argument for Kamala's elected legal career (DA San Fran & AG Cali) belonging in the politic column with the term as a senator and VP.

Regardless, anyway you want to flip it, Kamala is at the very least similarly qualified for be President in comparison to Hillary, and that of course is setting aside how hilarious and predictable giving a shit about their qualifications is when running against a reality TV star.

It's ironic that all these guys keep screaming about freedom withiut even realizing that women are literally voting for their own personal freedoms when voting dem, while these magats are not actually going to have any of their freedoms taken away if the dems win.

You can scream freedom all you want, but it's the people whose actual freedoms that are on the line who are going to vote.

They don't think that either was qualified, because some small dicked person on RW media said that it was so.

i really think that there will be men who are going to show up for their daughters/gfs/wives too. i know they'll mostly vote Trump but the current trend on tik tok is posting "On the way to the polls to cancel out my dad's joke" and then flipping to a picture of their dad saying "jk he's voting for my rights"

there might be more of a bleed there than we think.

A lot more.

Interesting. My fellow young men I know are extremely conservative and passionate about their Rogan and Tucker Carlson podcasts. The women I know and the women they date/are married to really have no idea or care for politics except for what is shown to them on tiktok. Then all of a sudden they care without really knowing anything on the topics.
So basically, everyone in your orbit is an idiot.

There, I saved you some typing.

I would be shocked if rape (where a person is criminally convicted as part of the recording, not just a woman claiming it) and incest accounted for more than 3% of all abortions. That is probably high and conservative, too.
Then again I assume you are a very strong supporter of government mandated MAT and PAT leave, school food programs, subsidized day care etc.

Or just pro unborn but once those entitled little shits pop out they are in their own?

Kamala's positions she held she either was terribly inept in, they were handed to her as a patronage from Willie Brown, or both.

If your real life sample has men more likely to vote than women, then you can be sure it's not a representative sample, because women outvote men every election.
