OT: Movies/TV Shows

It's an ongoing television series. They should just be shooting nonstop with a summer break or something. When they're filming, they should have a team writing the next season's scripts. Finish those at the same time filming completes on the last set, and now you film the next set. Two years between seasons is toooooooo long.

Sucks to wait but I don't think season 2 was a go until after season aired.

I really enjoyed Corner Gas. It knew it was cheesy, but funny, and was unapologetic about it. I can respect that kind of cheesy.

It's been off the air for years. Not everyone really understood its subtle brilliance so it never really took off the way it should have. It's like The Wire, Canada.

I'd just maybe say..."local hit." I'll even give you "regional hit." Sounds more likely it was just a "piece ofs hit", though.
