Of course not. It was a meaningless game. If it were a playoff game he'd have thrown a pick-6. The league is full of QB's who can put up numbers during the regular season when nothing is on the line; the elite ones that can do it when it matters are few and Romo isn't one of them.

Yes indeed. There was that play where the referee had the clock reset and Manning could have run 39 seconds off the clock but snapped the ball when the play clock still had nearly 20 seconds left to run. Then near the endzone he passes to no one on third and goal instead of taking a sack which would have burned close to a minute plus the field goal and ensuing kick-off. The Cowboys should have had only about 30 seconds to go 80 yards.
