OT: NFL thread

It has nothing to do with the anthem or the military, that's just made up excuses by people who disagree with what he's protesting. Lynch sits down during the anthem for no specific reasons and people are ok with it, so give me a ****ing break.

He is punished because he is no longer relevant in this league. The potential media headaches or locker room distraction isn't worth it for teams to bring him into the fold.

He could of joined ISIS or shot someone on the street , if he was a top tier player a team would take a chance on him .

He's still a top 30 QB in the league, therefore a potential starter, and definitely better than ****ing Jay Cutler or Josh McCown, but I get the distraction part even though I think the whole backlash against him is completely bullshit and it has nothing to do with the anthem or the military. They just don't like him and what he is protesting against so they are making up excuses to justify their reaction.

I thought Tony Romo had retired. Didn't look like it today.

so typical, never mentions the Cowboys when they win, only when they lose, and miraculously only seems to watch when they lose

we won last Sunday, crickets, Prescott became the first QB in ages to have less than 5 INTs on his first 500 attempts, but all you notice is the one he threw at the end of the game as if it were important

Actually, I don't watch the Cowboys win or lose. I just don't watch them, period. In fact, I can't watch more than about one half of a football game these days without becoming bored, even games involving teams I am actually interested in. I'm increasingly finding better things to do with my spare time than sitting glued to a TV set watching sports. I just don't have much passion for it anymore.

yet for some odd reason you knew that Dak had thrown an INT against Denver the second it happened...
I didn't know that soon. I saw a highlight. The only NFL games I've seen so far are the second half of the Seahawks - Packers game and the second half and OT of the Bengals - Packers game.

I'm pretty passionate about my kids sports but we're heavily invested, in time and money.

Bills are 3-1 and first in the division.

Beat Denver last week at home... beat Atlanta in Atlanta today.

This defence is legit, not sure about the offence yet.
