I will be glad when this stupid election is over with. Never in my life seen such a big deal for an election in Canada. Cause nothing ever changes no matter who you vote for.
 
I just carried out my democratic right and responsibility. Hope the rest of the canucks on this board do the same...even you Habs53. :cheers2:

Last Night with John Oliver did a segment on the Canadian election last night and he ripped all the candidates and pretty much Canada but especially went after Stephen Harper. I didn't think it was one of his funniest bits but maybe I am just too sensitive... anyhow here it is if you want to see it for yourself;

Why? I've never said that Obama is not intelligent or that he's a trust fund baby. In fact, I voted for him in '08. I just don't think he's a very good President. JT is just a moron, however.

I went to see Bill Maher last night and he included some Canadian election material in his act. Like how Harper is tough on drugs but then has a rally with Rob Ford. He also nailed our Premier Christy Clark for being in favour of bear hunting. How can you call it a sport when the other side has no equipment and doesn't know they're even playing?
