Verdun is mostly francophone now, as is Ville Emard. It's probably never going to be Liberal anymore. But it will also never be Conservative, which I consider a win. If need be, the Liberals can always make the same deal with the BQ that they made with the NDP. As long as the Cons are kept from power it's all good.

when was the last President who stopped people from dying? He got the virus going at "warp speed" iirc. States made the decision to close or not close, just the provinces here, and as I am told, Trudeau was not at fault here, so how is the President at fault?

Do you blame Biden for more dying in 2021 than 2020 of the same virus? If not, why not?

you are talking out of your ass, the demographics have not changed since 2021. Verdun was mostly francophone when I lived there in 1970s, It is a Liberal riding that Trudeau lost.

And the only reason why people like you continue bitching about it is because you were inconvenienced by it. All I ever heard was "I" can't go for my overseas vacation. "I" can't go to restaurants. The only people during Covid who "overreacted" were privileged, mostly white people who were temporarily inconvenienced. And the reason things dragged on for the better part of 2 years is because conservative politicians pushed lies to inbreds and other morons who then refused to get jabbed but who also demanded to be allowed to walk around freely like a gang of Typhoid Mary's.

If and when the next major pandemic comes down the pike and mandates again become necessary, the best thing people can do in order to ensure that they don't remain in effect longer than necessary is to OBEY. Stop with the bullshit of "doing one's own research" and just do what the fuck you're told. Get the jab, put on a mask, follow the mandates, and stop trying to equate your inconvenience with the suffering of Jews during the Holocaust. Doing all of these things will help.

you use the same crap all the time, you had no issue sitting at home getting the black immigrant to bring your food to you on ubereats, at least I was honest and said fuck it, didn't live in fear and went out supporting busineses. I didn't rely on immigrants to bring me my food so I could say I was doing my part in stemming the spread.

you had asshole politicians like the one in Australia saying covid will find you, it will come in your open window, then saying you couldn't take your dog for a walk, you had politicians saying winter coats were not essentials, Wales said tampons weren't, children were kept out of parks, told not to see grandma or they would kill her etc, What we as a society did to children was unforgiveable. The politicians didn't follow or obey their own rules, why should I?

I'm just glad I didn't follow the rules re seeing my mom given she died not long after all the shit ended.

The only way Trump ends up in the Oval Office next January is via The Coup, Part 2: Supreme Court Boogaloo. He will not win legitimately. He hasn't attracted a single new voter in 8 years, and his recent rhetoric (if one can charitably describe his insane rants as such) is losing, not winning more voters.

Speaking of insanity, how come no one in the media is saying anything about the old man yelling at clouds? Why is there no serious discussion about Trump's intellectual and cognitive decline the way there was about Biden? Once again, the MSM has a double-standard because they're rooting for Trump. Popular vote in the US is meaningless given the Democrat nominee always gets huge majorities in NY and California which do not help in the college.

I also believe that Trump is the kind of guy that many do not want to say they support but on the economy, security, border, they prefer so when they get in the ballot box, they vote for him but at cocktail parties, they tell everyone they hate him.

What is more shocking and which also shows how bad a candidate Biden 2.0 err Harris is, is that despite all of Don's many faults, he is still within 2-3 points nationally. Newscum would probably be up 10. Then again DeSantis would be hammering Harris by 5-7. Both parties picked shit candidates.

As for Don's decline, as you claimed re Biden, he is physically less able to do things (getting shot does that to you) but his mind is as sharp as a tack...
