OT: Soccer thread

We don't really have a RB, and De Jong attacks as much as he can. His options at CM are young (osorio, traffod, froese etc at CM with attacking flair).

The best we could do between now and mexico would be having Henry and Edgar back fully healthy and have Petresso getting some game time with QPR and take Ricketts spot at RW/RM.

Have to see if my bank account allows me to go to vancouver or mexico next round.

Suarez took a bite out of Madrid in el clasico. 0-4 to Barça.

Dispatches from bizzaro world: Leicester City is alone on top of the Prem after 13 games.

Well word out of England is the Canadian men's national team could have another commitment soon. From the burnley site Scott Arfield looks set to commit to canada, has eligibility through his father being born in toronto.

A mid field of Hoilett-hutch-johnson-arfield would be a very nice mid for concacaf. Allows for us to have some good depth with osorio, tiebert, Petersso and piette.

For any of our west coast posters. WCQ Canada vs Mexico tickets are already on sale and apparently the lower bowl is already 60% sold out, so if you want to go you might want to get on it.

I will be flying out west with a group of 6-10 people for the game, 2nd time in Vancouver but 1st time since i was 17 so looking forward to visiting the city as well.

What? No reaction to the Special One getting shit-canned?

Nice severance package on the way, though he might give back a bunch due to the lawsuit he brought upon himself and Chelsea when that doctor was shit-canned.

Wherever he goes, soap operas follow. And money. Anywho, on to PSG for another big payday.

Blatter and Platini banned 8 years.

As strange as this sounds don't be surprised to hear whispers of Montaglini for next fifa prez. I've heard he has a very very good shot at the CONCACAF position if he wants it.

Will be interesting to see how the coaching carosel works through the rest of the season. ManU, Man city, Chelsea, Bayern etc all look to be changing coaches in the not to distant future.
