Amazing, but fuck the NY Post anyways.
Only place i have seen non mask people is dollarama... but i also tend to not go many places to grocery shop/general shop.I noticed someone in front me at Loblaws sans mask...when it was my turn to pay, I brought it up with the cashier and her reply was "I didn't want to deal with it". I don't blame her.
The maskless lady then went on to line up at the internal Starbucks, so I pointed her out to the security dude on my way out.
Boring story, I know, but the fact that this was an odd sighting for me shows how much compliance there is in Toronto.
As an aside, I was hanging out with someone who owns a resto in Prince Edward County, and they have their fair share of complaining Karen's over there.
I can honestly say that in the very few places I’ve been everyone has been wearing a mask. Unfortunately I see quite a few wearing then with their node poking out over the top of the mask.
By the way does anyone know a good solution to keep eyeglasses from fogging up?
100% incorrect.I just heard yesterday that if your glasses fog up, your mask doesn't fit properly.
So basically I might as well have never worn a mask. **** me.
Hah of course, I was being sarcastic about saying I might as well have not worn a mask. I saw it on CBC Marketplace yesterday; the doctor wasn't very impressed with the idea of people wearing ill-fitted masks.100% incorrect.
If you are not wearing a mask that has been fitted to you by a professional fit tester then the mask is a little less effective. You are not stopping 100% of moist talking by wearing a cloth mask but it is far more effective than not wearing one.
Depending on the mask putting tape on the mask at the top can help the fogging.

I have a friend who does mask fitting... most hospitals and LTC facilities have not been properly fit tested.... the chance the general public is going to get fittings is non existant.Hah of course, I was being sarcastic about saying I might as well have not worn a mask. the masks we wear were never 100%I just heard yesterday that if your glasses fog up, your mask doesn't fit properly.

Of course. The doctor on the show just said that if your glasses fog up then your mask doesn't fit properly and you should look at getting a new one, which is pretty unreasonable since none will fit perfectly. He didn't mention getting it properly fitted or anything on the show.I have a friend who does mask fitting... most hospitals and LTC facilities have not been properly fit tested.... the chance the general public is going to get fittings is non existant.
Yup and they do a decent job of protecting you too. Not perfect because they're not fitted properly, but it's easily better than nothing. Like a shitty vaccine.the masks we wear were never 100%
the point is that is we have the virus it is spewing it all over your own face and not somebody elses
