The rallying cry of the ******* with no people skills.

Have you tried being less of a ****? When you're less of a ****, people dislike you less, making it more tolerable to be around them and likely leading to you not wanting to see billions of them dead simply because you're uncomfortable around them.

It's just math.

The population of the planet is really high. The demand for resources on the planet will eventually exceed the availability.

The planet always finds a way to cope.

I tried not being a **** one time.

Yeah look at all those people lining up to populate the north.

I guess the 4500% increase of Mexicans claiming asylum since Troolander lifted their visa restrictions will have a place to go.

Problem is, the people who are growing are the ones who aren't fed or free. Good luck explaining to them that the people they're creating so they have someone to take care of them (in the absence of the state) in their old age (and also as a hedge against how many of them die young), shouldn't be here because there's too many people....while people in the west drive around in pick up trucks and shop at fully stocked grocery stores.

Wait a minute...you're saying these people are having all kinds of kids because they want someone to look after them? You actually believe that?

Well, in the third world, that's definitely part of the reasoning.

Or societies like China & India, where it's the cultural practice for multiple generations to live under one roof, and where the young are responsible for taking care of the old.

Yeah...I don't believe that's why they are having so many kids, it's a product of it. If they had a choice I believe less kids better living would be the choice.

Who here has been to India? Is somebody trying to paint to population density as a good thing?

I'm confused as to why this is being argued against. (well, not that surprised, tis a forum)

I believe it because it's largely true in 3rd world societies and has been true for thousands of years, yes.

There's a religious component to some of it as well...you're more than welcome to tell them to ignore those as well if you'd like.

Best way to actually do something though is to educate their women. Single biggest indicator of births per woman is education level.

Well yes, we do need to get people to stop listening to their "god"...and yes, educating women is the best way...once we get some of those religions to allow their women to be educated.
