- Dick and Agbaji continue to slowly tick up as this year's stats try to overcome their horrendous previous numbers.
- RJ's numbers remain stubbornly mediocre. This is mostly due to poor defense, but if he could get back up over league average efficiency offensively that would likely make him a positive player even with the subpar D.
- Boucher solid in his specific limited role as expected. Mitchell not good at all, though he's been forced to play a much bigger role than expected with IQ injured. Maybe he can still be useful in a tinier role but it's not working at all in this expanded role.
- Olynyk back with a bang in game 1 and should be a huge boost just by taking Fernando out of the rotation.
- Mogbo looks legit right away as a rook. And he's even hitting 3s even though he never even took them in colege. Battle also good but his numbers aren't quite as good as i thought they might be. Still think he's good though.
- Walter and Shead probably need a bunch of G-league time. They're never going to be useful players with efficiency that low.
we could end up in a fun position this year where we're battling for a playoffs spot while still trading away Boucher, Brown, Mitchell for some value but not missing them at all. Though it would be good to try and add a young backup PG somehow.
Poeltl 29 -- Olynyk 33 -- (Fernando 26)
Barnes 23 - Mogbo 23 - (Chomche 19)
Barrett 24 - Battle 23 --- (Temple 38)
Dick 21 ---- Agbaji 24 -- (Walter 20)
Quickley 25 - XXXXXX -- (Shead 22)
Really wish we had IQ for tonight's Knicks game to see how we measure up with a team i think we would match up well with.
Though I guess if there's any matchup where a Davion Mitchell should be useful is up against physical midget Brunson.
