OT: The Official Toronto Raptors Thread

This is the absolute perfect Raptors season we could ask for. Good growth of our young talent and we are dead last in the standings.

All of the injuries are weirdo freak injuries that aren't really a risk of being chronic either.

My main concern re: tanking though is that we're underperforming our net rating right now, and that's our net rating with an injury fucked roster. 7th worst in net rating right now. 19th overall in ortg, 26th in drtg. That's bad, but I don't know if that's bad enough to finish the season bottom 5. They've had the 2nd strongest SOS in the league, so the schedule softens up more or less when we start getting healthy.

Yeah, this team has the potential to be good, and the East looks to be very bad. And it has been a tough schedule so far, on top of the injuries and bad luck we've had. So I think they will start to win some games eventually, and making the playoffs is a more likely result in a weak conference than competing for the #1 pick.

The new draft lottery removes a lot of the incentive for being terrible anyway. Imagine winning 18 games or some shit and picking 5th?

Beyond a disaster of a season. Fuck everything about that.

Boys playing pretty well tonight against Indy, finally back home. However, leaking oil the last few minutes of 3Q. Gonna need a real strong 4th.
