I think so personally, but that doesn't seem to be the consensus. Flagg-Harper are a good but just a good 1-2 compared to most drafts but 3-10 looks weak to me. This kind of reminds me of the 2019 draft tbh, where there was one super hyped guy at the top of the draft (Zion), another potential perennial all star guard as the consensus #2 (Ja), and then a grab bag of guys with upside but with holes in their game/profile.
Fwiw, the rest of the top 10 in 2019 was RJ, De'Andre Hunter, Darius Garland, Jarrett Culver, Coby White, Jaxson Hayes, Rui, & Cam Reddish. 2019 was a pretty heavily hyped draft.
