And yet they are getting credit for how they handled himThis also reflects poorly on the organization. I get that he's a chubby wealthy kid from the D.R and all, but that's just bad player development.
And yet they are getting credit for how they handled him
But when these losers claim they put so much work inti spirts science and performance enhancement training it comes iff even worseBest prospect in team history shows up to the MLB level at about 280. I don't see how they can get credit for "handling" him. His bat/talent was ready for the league at least a year ago, and his body still isn't ready.
Fwiw, when you read and watch stories about minor league ball, this is hardly a problem that belongs solely to the Jays. MLB is in the dark ages when it comes to developing talent. Oddly enough, the NHL is probably the most forward looking north american league for that. The NBA is catching up quick though. With the amount of time that the average MLB'er spends in the minors before making it, it's kind of crazy how much of that development time is wasted. The organization first got their hands on Vladdy in 2016 ffs.
280 fuxking pounds..... and the kid has the talent to be one of the greatest ......
Someone should be fired...
And a personal trainer should be hired by the Jay's to follow this guy around 24/7.
Or a tuna ..... mcmeltWith a tuba
The criticisms of this front office are warranted for the most part. I just see that you have an overly negative outlook on all things Shatkins. I have yet to see you acknowledge one good move.
He'll even Zeke gives them props from time to time. Though it's on hfboards where he does most of the props.
