I think he’s on the ring of honour. Only Alomar and halladay have their numbers retired.

But, yeah, the guy was here for 7 years, the most loved guy on the team and was in on WS ending plays in back to back years, including a walk off come from behind HR.

Well Stieb should be ahead of him then, but its always been weird seeing other jays wear 29
 
Meh. Pretty sure Jesse Barfield has multiple times WAR as #29 for the Jays than Joe Carter.

Agreed about Stieb though, he still has an argument for GJOAT.
