you're the one getting weird by overstating the point so dramatically. Obviously they talked a lot of Jansen on today's broadcast because he had 3 hits and 5 RBI, and is having a great season. It could just as easily be Schneider-Bo-Vlad-Jansen by next week.
 
They literally couldn't stop talking about him being in the 2 hole from before he even had a hit all the way to the end. It had nothing to do with his monster game, and he's been having monster games all year anyways.

You know what they didn't talk about since you're so sure that they had nothing else to talk about? That Jansen has been a better hitter than any of vlad bo or springer going on 3+yrs now. You'd think that would be an interesting tidbit.

I agree that in between all the times they say how good Danny Jansen has been this season and over his career, they probably should also mention that he's really good.

Buck is a dinosaur so he thinks it’s noteworthy any time you have someone other than a high contact slap hitting great bunter in the 2 hole.
 
It's extremely disconcerting to know that no matter who the Jays face, as long as it's an ace or fringe ace they will not hit, which means they are probably a threat to be no-hit once a week.
