As for offseason activities the Jays should be throwing money to FA as they are one of the few ownership groups that can pay dudes during economic uncertainty. Flex that muscle
 
Not sure anyone wants to throw huge money at players to not play at all next season, even if it would lock them up for subsequent years.

horrible slumps two years in a row, wRC+ down to 116, massive negative defensive #'s despite only playing 1B. If you want to pay $200 million to a declining DH with a horrible attitude for SEVEN MORE YEARS by all means as long as it's not my team stuck with the bill.
 
They really should make a movie about Zeke's experience in Boston. It's just such an unhinged, visceral reaction to anything that ever played in any Boston jersey

I assume Zeke was either sexually assaulted by a group of guys with thick Boston accents or the slice he got in Little Italy left him scarred forever.

He's a DH, has been excellent off a terrible start and sub 30M isnt ven that bad anymore

His 116 would lead our team, if the trade cost was nothing, i'd be all over it
