OT: The Toronto Blue Jays

If Kirk makes the team, i would think they'd risk running Reese McGuire through waivers and send him down if possible. Kirk could catch, DH from time to time and probably play 1st every now and then.
 
We are in dire need of 1 more manager for the FI Baseball Dynasty league. We're replacing 4 managers and will hold a 4-team dispersal draft to divvy up the rosters, hopefully starting Monday or Tuesday.

Anybody interested? Let us know asap.
 
I don’t care much about ST stats, especially for veteran pitchers, but Roark does suck and doesn’t belong on the staff.

On the bright side, Kay came in and shut things down. He threw 4 innings and still averaged almost 95 with his fastball. Topped out at 97. If he isn’t a tandem guy this year, he could really air it out in the late innings.
 
I mean, the main reason to stuff your roster with 20 decent but not great arms is that when injuries inevitably strike, you basically don't notice.

Yates out probably means a spot for someone like Merryweather. Decent chance neither of them will be very good, but there's some potential there.
 
That would be a bold move for this management group. “We take accusations of abuse seriously... but Osuna has a great change up so what can you do?” I don’t think they’re quite that clueless.

May as well sign him now. All of their talk at the time of the incident kind of rings hollow in light of the Calloway stuff.
