This Mexico city idea popped in my head last night, I think I can squeeze it in and do it later this year. I need ME to make me an itinerary though

I swear that I've caught 1 FI stray per lb of butter I've ever made.

Still worth it because it's delicious and fuck you people, but still.

I mean it as a compliment. I now always look at my store bought butter with sadness and occasional I reclaim a portion of culinary pride when I make my own ghee
 
Oh, I hear ya - totally. I'm a winter baby, however. Never got used to my hometown summers; just learned to deal with it. Actually enjoyed my too brief visit to Churchill, plus I'd already gotten "lost" in some remote-ass Alaskan areas, and y'all's YT. Med is terrific, though, and I appreciate it, too. But I'll likely move back to the Coast, Mendo specifically. County seat of Ukiah s'posed to get to 99°F today. Coast side? Mmmmmaybe 70°F with Point Arena, the Mendo "Arctic", clocking in around 66°F. 😊
 
Switzerland was awesome in the summer I got to visit. Only been as far north in Europe as Denmark, also in summer, and also a gem. 😊



(Btw, I'm a "winter baby," but I don't mean to imply that I think going for a stroll in a frickin' blizzard would be a good time! 😄)

Yes, I need to revisit the Nordic countries. Dad is from Denmark and I've only seen Copenhagen. Haven't been to Sweden or Norway either.
 
Go up Jutland if you can - it's a small, wonderful country. Copenhagen was super, and I look forward to visiting again, but up peninsula is another kind of special, too. 😊
