OT: What are you Watching/Listening/Drinking?

I don’t really understand slogging through about seven hours of programming that you hate. Why not just turn it off like I did?

If you’re bored with an excess of free time, there’s no shortage of other tv shows, movies and books out there.

Nobody is claiming this thing is going to win an Oscar. It's a train wreck. If you like train wrecks, give it a shot. If you don't, don't.

Watching seven hours of said train wreck and then acting like you were expecting The Thin Blue Line is a bit silly.
 
Tiger king was awesome but its only awesome if you enjoy the ridiculousness of a methhead gay polygamist zoo owner in rural murica land. If you are looking for a plot or storyline other than "holy fuck these humans exist" youre in for a bad time.

I always feel like I have to finish off what I start. And I was a few hours invested already, so maybe there’s a payoff over the last few hours that has everyone so excited. Nope. Total shit.

50 million people are talking about this stupid thing like it was some kind of unheard of and unbelievable story. What’s so unbelievable about some rednecks running tiger zoos and a MAYBE attempt to murder someone that never got off the ground? As far as true crime shit goes, there wasn’t even a fucking crime over 7 hours of this crap.

Time is way to precious to watch 7 fucking hours of something that I find nauseating. Man LOF being a Leafs fan makes all the sense in the world now.
 
Agreed. That’s why I rarely get invested in series like this. Big time commitments are a big no no for me. But I can’t recall the last time the whole fucking world was talking about something like they did this so I thought there must be something worthwhile there.
 
Just watched every single New York Islanders game and it was fucking torture. People keep talking about how great they are but I didn't see it. I needed to watch every single minute of every single game to come to that conclusion. There was no payoff in the final minutes of the final game of the season.

who cares what the world thinks? Is pizza pizza your favourite slice? You should be able to tell after one bite (or 30 mins of tv at the most) if something is worth it to you.
 
Everyone recommended this restaurant that is fully booked, so if I go and sit down and take a couple of bites, I guess I should just get up and leave. Maybe go home and watch more islanders games.
