Multiple people in this group chat have confirmed these texts to be authentic. I'm sorry, but those influencers that you love and follow dearly don't actually have opinions. They just say what gets them paid the most.

Of course it can get a lot worse. What do you think I’ve been saying continuously in this thread. It’s already kind of bad now, but they let these protests and other forms of hate speech go on undeterred and with zero consequence and that’s why we’re mid snowball.

Charlie was deeply pro Israel from day one. That’s why he had Jewish donors, not the other way around. And they were justified in wanting him to cut ties with clowns like Owens and Carlson, but that was the antithesis of his core view, that you never cut the conversation off with anyone.

He literally said he's going to leave the pro Israel cause because they stopped paying him. Does that sound like someone with deep affection for Israel? Seems to me like he has deep affection for money. Which I don't blame him for, he did well in that regard. You need to stop idolizing and trusting these social media influencers.

They are authentic, but as I said, you’re taking too many leaps and people close to him have characterized his intent as venting frustration.
 
I hate the free Palestine hippy radical lefty movement as much as anyone... But to ignore that the real danger and growth and outrage is coming from the far right is a bit hilarious to me. Protestors are scary but the radical right wing hate speech is just a few bad harmless apples.
 
Trump and Co. have been conning groups for years with lip service to them while they quietly act in ways that undermine them.

Say you love farmers, destroy their industry with tariffs.
Say you love cops, law and order, make their jobs harder with lax gun laws that put them at risk every day.
Say you love the Jews, dine and cozy up to the biggest anti-semites around, talk about how much you'd love to have Hitler's generals, use his rhetoric about vermin/poisoning the blood of the country.

People who know him best say that wasn’t a genuine statement.

He was pro Israel. Some Jewish folks liked his messaging so they donated to him as support. You have the order backwards.

When he wouldn’t cut off two antisemitic clowns, some donors dropped off. That pissed him off because he didn’t believe in stopping the conversation. Like those closest to him, I don’t believe he was being sincere on that last part because he always loved Israel.

Both ends of the spectrum are awful, but both are just as dangerous. The far right will be the most likely to organize some sudden synagogue bombing. But the left will push deep antisemitic propaganda in protests, property destruction, messaging, etc., and fan the fire of hatred in a more widespread way.
