Not necessarily the perps but if the US Embassy knew there was a likelihood of an attack the Russkies would have known too. So by doing nothing they allowed whatever was going to happen to happen because life is cheap there. As one TV pundit said yesterday, every time there's a terrorist attack in Russia, the government reacts in ways that are "not enlightened". Putin will use this attack as a pretext for tightening his grip on power.

Incidentally, Netanyahu was also warned about a Hamas attack and he also did nothing. Now he's busy taking out his frustrations on women and children in Gaza while his criminal trial and removal from office is put on indefinite hold.

I'm quite sure it's ISIS-K who did it just like there's no doubt that the attack in Israel was done by Hamas.

But in both cases the attackees were given warning ahead of time that something was or could be coming and in both cases senior leadership (Vlad and Bibi) CHOSE to sit back, do nothing, and let whatever was going to happen happen.

And also in both cases, Vlad and Bibi stood to gain from these attacks. Vlad now has an excuse to further crack down and force people into uniform so they can die in Ukraine and Bibi is still in power and not being sent to prison.

So while it's not exactly a false flag, it's not not a false flag either. You merely have to look at who benefits.
 
Has there been a confirmed statement from ISIS? The Russians are basically saying that the western news is just reporting it to deflect
