Apparently the Ukes sank the last train ferry the Russians had left (there were four). They sank it right where it was moored.
So they would have no way to get trains to Crimea since the bridge can’t take heavy cargo.

The only major difference on a 2024 map would be Russian advances in a 5km bulge west of Bakhmut, & a 20km bulge west of Avdiivka near donestk. Ukie advances of about the same size in combined sq km in Kursk.

Ukie sources are suggesting it was possibly/probably pilot error. They can confirm that it wasn't shot down, and it's not believed to be a mechnical issue currently.
