Yeah, Culiacan is bad, bad today...I'm not going to post it, but a broad day assassination in a Sam's Club parking lot is going hard even by Mexican standards. Narcos also shot up a car dealership (I'm assuming it was owned by or at least under the protection of one of the factions)

It was never a place I was interested in visiting to begin with, but jesus this is bad.

The thing that makes intuitive sense is that mossad agents somehow got entrenched in the logistics of providing hezzy operatives with their pagers. Either within hezzy itself, or between the manufacturer and hezzy.
