Paddy was never that good to begin with. I thought he'd be good enough to beat Jared Gordon, and he did, technically. I thought it was an easy call for Gordon (rounds 1 & 3).

If you watch his first two fights in the UFC, it wasn't smooth sailing in either one of them.

Keep him far away from skilled opponents. Paddy should be counting his lucky stars he's never going to fight Illia Topuria. Topuria would scalp him.
 
Just one of those judges doing their job would have gotten a better outcome. Mike Bell is the only one of the three that has a defensible card.

How did Blachowicz get round 2 on all 3 cards? I can understand maybe one or two of them, but all three?

And how did Ankalaev get round 3 on Derek Cleary's card? Or that round 5 was a 10-8 on D'Amoto's card? If either one of them changes that, Blachowicz wins that fight. Controversially, sure, but at least there's a winner.
 
Last thought: Any time people scream "rigged!" when the judges give out a bad decision, fights like these should be a reminder that it's much, much more likely that the cause of the bad decision is due to incompetence.

And those same motherfuckers are going to keep getting assigned for the next round of the fights in Nevada.

No UFC for a few weeks, but there's going to be a very good Bellator-Rizin co-promotion card on December 31st.
