I can only speak for myself, but I didn't want anything to do with being trolled after the Tavares incident. Didn't give a fuck about the outcome of game 1.
 
But by all means continue supporting the idea that we were triggered by losing a hockey game and not by an event that you personally apologized for a stupid post about.

I can openly admit that I was pissed after game 1. Seeing JT get hit like that and the aftermath made me sick. The dumb troll posts were the cherries on top of the shit sundae
 
I mean if Price got drilled in the head by a flying knee; last thing I would do is go over to Habs nation and cause trouble. Regular chirping is cool, doing it when someone was seriously hurt is bad taste. Just my opinion here

Not remotely ashamed to admit that I was compromised by the Tavares incident. Watched the rest of the game, but was pretty numb the entire time. Have to imagine you guys would have been pretty similar after the MaxPac incident and that, as bad as it was, didn't come with the visual of the player trying to get back up and passing out.
 
If something like that happened to a Hab and the Leafs won I would take zero enjoyment out of it. Didn't even matter that it was Tavares. That shit is beyond a bunch of grown men swinging around a piece of wood at a rubber disc.


With that said lapin is funny and didn't add to my anger that night but I understand why some folks were annoyed.
