CMD, AM , Gaudreau, Hubredeau , Josi
 
If I am the rangers I trade him this offseason. Should get a lot for the Brady Anderson of the NHL

What for

Big body , powerful skater , great shot

Other than Tom Wilson and on occasional nights Anderson , no one can do what he can at that size

11 was done the second Nero gave him that crying sentimental contract

signed a 7 years deal at 29(?) and is basically a 20 goal 45 point winger

did he magically figure something out at 30? perhaps but that is extremely rare

His game didnt fall of a cliff like Gally

Gally`s body is shot and lost a few steps , the steep decline was inevitable

This year is an outlier but he was good for 4-5 years IMO

He is built like a tank with great wheels , for a half a mil more its no contest who I take

Its not a great contract , maybe 1.5 too much but he can still play at a solid top 6 level

Gally is a 6.5 mil 3rd liner and is easily replaceable , only Tom Wilson and Brady T can replace Kreider

Extremely high shooting #.

I'd be shocked if he even gets 30 goals next year.
 
While puck handling wasn't his strength, Gallagher seems to fumble with it more than he used to. That's really cutting into his production. The hand injuries may play a part I suppose.
