i think the rebate on windows is dogshit…like $100 per window? Lol.

their interest free loan programs are worth it tho, for obvious reaaons. Also heat pump rebates are pretty great. Foam insulation can be pretty great too depending on what kind of provincial rebates Ontario has.

Worth reading all the literature for both federal and provincial programs as a few places you can double dip. (Like new EV purchases for instance)

Also you can peanuts to stay on the grid I’m pretty sure, and bank credits that provide you free electricity down the road if you aren’t getting your sun requirements.

…bigger issue is electrical companies capping just how much you can bank, but most provinces are pushing back on electrical companies about that.

325 per window if you go triple pane. 175 if you go double, which isn't really worth it even tho double is cheaper. My bill came out to roughly 20,000 - 4875 rebate so around 15k after tax. Around 25% off. Had to shop around and negotiate to get them to go that low. It's a competitive space so they will fight with their competitors to get you as their customer.

And then the interest free loan on top of that oughta be worth a few grand as well. For anyone with old windows it's one of the more worthwhile things on the progrum. Heat pump is another borderline maybe, maybe not scenario highly dependant on future gas prices. Probably too cold here to 100% be reliant on heat pumps too. Will need supplementation. Best conditions for heat pumps are warm, dry climates. Anything more than -12 outside and heat pump probably won't cut it.

Is this federal or provincial? I went provincial here on PEI and it blew…..25% would be brilliant.

Kent building supplies here on the island has 15% off windows purchased in February every year.

We only used an oil furnace here, so getting heat pumps was a no brainer when it also meant having A/C in the summer…..also turned our sunroom into something that could be taken advantage of nearly year round, and not just summer.

…he had this off white flakey coke that blew my tits off…was dangerously good. (Could also make piles off it since you could cut it plenty and it would still be phenomenal.)

Vancouver has tiers of quality, so when you want to pay for it (called VIP, lol) you can get pretty great stuff….PEI dogshit…Central America surprisingly dogshit, aside from El Salvador…and Las Vegas dead last cause I had zero connects.

I know someone who got busted after the cops had been onto him a while...but they said he'd cut it so much they could barely charge him lol.
I remember that he had two stashes...one for people he knew and one for people he didn't think he'd see again.
