I mean, sometimes these small regional brands actually win these battles. McDonalds can't use Big Mac in Ireland, Burger King can't operate under that name in Australia, etc...

yeah saw someone on Reddit say someone tried something similar when they changed to Meta, made them a big offer they declined thinking they could leverage for more….and FB just said forget it and went ahead with it anyway giving them nothing.
Think they just tweaked their official name to Meta Platforms, and that was it.

Sam Bankman-Fried Has Been Found Guilty of Fraud
The founder of crypto exchange FTX, once crypto’s golden child, has been found guilty on all seven counts of fraud and conspiracy.
Jury deliberated for less than 5 hours, to find him guilty on all seven counts….max sentence on all counts could amount to over 100 years.
DOJ announced a bunch of other charges pending against him as well…he’s getting the full library thrown at him.
