DDG has been my default for years

But their maps suck so I go elsewhere for that

I don't know if we're quite at the peak of the cycle yet because of the lag time between when a corporation allocates budget and finishes measuring impacts on KPI's & ROI....but we're close, and a lot of executives who have been screeching about forced adoption to AI or heaven forbid we'll be left behind, are going to be getting fired for wasting 10's of millions on AI tools that don't improve anything.

Because....surprise surprise, what "AI" is actually good for, is the stuff we already had automation and cheap outsourcing for...LLM's just automate it better.

The elephant in the room though is that none of this suggests that an ROI for the trillions spent is pending and a lot companies involved are at risk of not existing in 24-36 months while the tech giants who financed the whole thing take epic write downs on their investments.
