He’s a 5’9”, 25 year-old winger named Alexander Barabanov.

His numbers honestly don’t look that impressive, but he’s apparently top-5 or top-10 in the KHL in terms of skating ability.

It's crazy how out of touch Gillis was. He had a 34 year-old goalie with eight years left on his contract, and for the longest time he was sure he was going to get a superstar's price tag for him in a trade.

Mike Gartner had sick skating and stickhandling. By the time he came here? Didn't give a shit about Leafnation or any Cups.

Diehards like Burke saw Gartner come into Toronto and produce to some extent. But the guy never put himself in harms way.

Of course the great gladiator in NHL history(know him personally) Glen Anderson, loved to go into the dirty areas and well, get real dirty.

Guy was, and is, a freak. and no helmet.

Gutsiest NHLer of all time. watch some vid of the guy.

There isn't a guy in the NHL now, and I don't blame them, that would expose themselves like Glenn Andersen did.
