At the end of the day, we parted ways with a guy who's had very very limited playoff success here and made his fair share of mistakes. Even as a long-time Dubas backer, I can admit that. Dubas isn't the only GM that can put together a great team. Just make a good next hire.

They kind make it sound like no one in the organization really considered Dubas might not be back, which I find kinda weird because I feel like after watching that presser, it seemed like a definite possibility to me.

Doesn't really seem like it'd be that different from any other organization where people get fired. Chaos, fallout, Hunger Games, GOT all seems pretty over the top. I guess it's just this market.
