I wouldn't be mad, but these are amazing opportunities. If we are this good and go into the playoffs healthy, we should have as much extra talent as the cap allows us to add.

As long as we add a goalie, yeah.

With that said, the Palmieri/Zajac trade has me a bit greedy. I don't have the desire to trade any of our top 4 prospects, and not a whole ton of interest in giving up our 1st unless it's that main piece that is bringing back something like Hall + Ullmark, but if it's a buyers market and we can land legitimate help for a B prospect and non 1sts...well fuck, let's get it.

The way I'd put it is that I'll just be disappointed if Dubas doesn't get us any upgrades up front and/or on the back-end.

If he doesn't get us another goalie on the other hand, then I'll be fucking pissed off.

- thinks the Leafs have checked in on all of Kuemper, Raanta, Ullmark, Rittich, etc. and have a good idea on prices
- he seemed to think Andersen is coming back but not before Monday
- also thinks there's a loyalty to Fred because he played hurt while Campbell was out
- pushed his Anton Forsberg theory again
- suggested Oleksiak

Some contradiction here. If Fred is coming back I dont see them kicking tires on names like Kuemper Raanta or Ullmark

If they are indeed looking at these guys either Fred goes the other way or on retroactive LTIR on deadline day
