Also I'm just glad they're casting such a wide net and doing proper due diligence. It doesn't mean they'll make the right choice but at least there is a process and proper methodology behind it to ensure alignment from the top down.
I trust that whoever they select will be eager to use the tools provided to them by management and the nerds. So I'm not that invested in this choice like I was with the GM pick. I don't care much really, I'm not in the room for these interviews, so I'll trust them until they give me a reason to not trust them.

Yeah the Sharks thing is a little scary. But I just like that they aren’t actually high on guys like Roy and Laviolette.
