The Official Post-Bitch 2025-26 Regular Season Thread

With Laughton about to be back you gotta think Blais is hitting waivers anyways.

It'll be interesting what the 4th line will be.

Stats-wise Maccelli has actually been decent this year and isn't an automatic pull off that Roy line. Laughton at C was the plan but tbh i'm not exactly sure he's an automatic start either. And then you got all of Domi/McMann/Jarnkrok/Lorentz. And it's not as if Roy/Joshua have been irreplaceable either.

A whole bunch of money and assets spent on that glut of middling bottom 6ers.

Anyways, let's hope Nicky and Cowboy can keep performing well enough for berube not to yank them off those lines. Which means they have to can't make even one mistake of course.

"He’s not out of the Leafs lineup because he’s not good enough, it’s because they can’t fit his salary and roster spot in right now"

pro-tip Elliott - they could easily fit his salary.

Please keep Cowan up and Robertson in the top six this year so I can muster up the juice and desire to watch Leafs hockey this year. Please please please please
That really is a prerequisite to making them watchable this year.

Bring up Danford too.

Make these kids the main secondary depth players to support the core.

What is the SweDe doing in Europe? That guy is going to be the next stud.

The one thing I kinda think is that Mcmann might be somewhat of a trade piece for some team.

I think if someone asks for Robertson, you look at it, but your not giving him away.

But if you package Mcmann and a Carlo or Robertson + Jarnkrok, Domi, even Macelli or Joshua.. you might get something good in return.

I wonder if Kadri has a say as to where he wants to go and we make a huge trade with Calgary just like the Gilmour days where you get Kadri and Weeger or Anderssen,
Coleman's name has come up as well.... if you're getting a 5'11 forward, maybe they'll take a Robertson back as part of the deal.
