He did say and/or Buch so maybe it's just Parayko. Trade two productive kids on cheap contracts for a mediocre player that will legitimately put them in cap hell? Sounds like it's on brand to me!

Brodie is way, way, way better than either plug we brought in. Brodie is struggling in extreme heavy lifting, but has been better in extreme heavy lifting than either of these two plugs have been in extreme sheltering this season.

It's not worth a try. Adding bad hockey players doesn't make your team better. No one is out here suggesting that we had a 4th liner from the fucking Sharks to make the Matthews line better.
 
At this point I'm just cheering for the best case scenario, which is limit the damage of this deadline, first round sweep, Shanny and every single fucker below him gets punted. Somehow MLSE chooses a good replacement.

Moar trades and or any kind of moderate playoff success, and we're fucked.
