it is 0% true for the players

it is a nice try by keefe to attempt to shift the focus but unless MB puts on his skates the pressure is on the leafs not the habs (though it wont matter anyway)

Yup, also if the Leafs don’t win in 4-5 the talking point will be that Montreal did well. There is almost nothing the Leafs can do to generate much hype from winning this series.

That’s the media narrative.... but they didn’t trade a single prospect or high draft pick. They went “all in” to making the playoffs by spending the cap space buffer they’ve been carrying for a few years. None of their recent UFA signings are untradeable.

My post is more a jest of what the media predicted us to be and now what we are. The Habs should be given probably an equal chance if you were to go by what they thought at the beginning of the season.
 


I honestly wonder if this means that Weber has been dropped to the bottom pair, partly due to injury.

The Athletic reporters from Montreal the other day were claiming that it looks like Weber basically has little use of one of his arms.

there was a pic (that was quickly deleted) on habs twitter of Shea getting vaxxed - and he was in an extravagant looking hand/thumb sling.

That's really my opinion. I'm not sure media has said that much. And will Josh Anderson be tradeable? We'll see. Gallgher's year 1 extension occurs at age 29.
