The best part of this now is that not only are we dominating the series, we’re doing so without Tavares and Foligno to really put an emphasis on it.
And don’t forget that Auston & Mitchy have only recorded points in one of four games on top of that.
This hasn’t even been close to the best we can see from this team, and they’ve still got the opportunity to put away the Habs tonight.
he has single handedly carried our second line and I fucking love it. suck it boomers.
you mean faking it?Maybe we're learning that John Tavares is just a tough mother-******.

who knew JT was so hardheaded eh.
also, him skating is definitely positive, but also not indicative of much. its possible that as soon as he pushed himself he gets walloped by symptoms. so encouraging, for sure. but long way to go before he's out of the woods.
I'm sure there is some of that, but luck man...luck. To walk away from head trauma like that with such a relatively minor injury is massively lucky. Injuries are weird man, apply that same force an inch to the left and maybe its career ending, an inches to the right and maybe he gets up under his own power and plays the next game.
Where do you think the contact took place? Chin? Mouth? Nose? Forehead?
Sportsnet will have you covered tonightI'd have to watch that shit again and nah, I'll pass.
if he's lucky right on the sinus bone? I dunno. tough to tell, and yeah, not gonna rewatch in slowmo. forehead perhaps?Where do you think the contact took place? Chin? Mouth? Nose? Forehead?
