One thing people here should love is treliving clear skill bias at the draft. He’s like the king of drafting high skill midget forwards.

And a lot of those picks (dube, mangiapanne, Pelletier, Phillips) are the type of skilled depth this team has really missed around the big 4.

Of the "experienced" options out there, the ones that the Leafs should be interested in, are currently enjoying great success with their clubs and have no reason to leave. The mystery box options would come with their own question marks.

Treliving may not be a sexy name, but my hope is that Shanny brings on another "Dubas" to work under him and level up.

Gotta say too, thank jeebus they didn't circle back on Mark Hunter.

This is the Leafs Tulsky. Way cooler, but also only has a chemicaly engineering degree from Queens, so comes at a cost.
