Last year I mean. Its a shame because they had pictures of Gene getting gas at the gas station and buying some munchies from the store. For a 94 year old he looked good.

My Grandmother lived with me with advanced Alzheimer's. It is just a horrific way to end your life.On another note, if I ever get diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, I’m definitely pulling the fucking plug on myself.
What a horrifying way to go.
He officially died of heart disease, so I guess not taking his medication. did him in.It says in the article they had three dogs. The dead one was found locked in its crate inside a closed bedroom closet near Hackman’s dead wife, while the two that survived had the run of the house and presumably were able to drink enough out of the house’s toilets to survive until help came.
So, she probably put the dog in there for nap or something, then suddenly died before being able to let it out. And then the dog most likely died of thirst since the only other person in the house for the next week was a 95-year old completely debilitated with Alzheimer’s who subsequently died himself.
And if Hackman was that far gone, hunger/thirst and/or being off his meds probably contributed heavily to his death as well.
My mom has Parkinson's which comes with hallucinations and dementia baked in. She's physically healthy enough that she could live another 5 years but she's already gone. Confined to a wheelchair, in a diaper, and half the time she thinks my brother is the TV repairman and that my dad, who died in 2022, is having an affair with a woman down the hall at the care home.My Grandmother lived with me with advanced Alzheimer's. Leone was a master at letting his scenes do the talking.Recently watched the Good the Bad and the Ugly for the first time and holy shit. Leone is so good.
The first thing you notice is oh this is where Tarantino comes from.
Also, loved how slapstick funny parts are. The bridge scene could be out of a Monty Python/Mel Brooks movie.
Leone is supposed to have wanted the three hired guns going after Charles Bronson in the beginning of "Once Upon a Time in the West":Recently watched the Good the Bad and the Ugly for the first time and holy shit. Leone is so good.

to be played by Eastwood, Cleef and Wallach but that didn't work out.
High Noon was the best Western ever because John Wayne hated it.Only the greatest Western ever

He thought the idea of a Sherriff marrying a Quaker and disavowing violence was un-American (i.e. gay)
