That’s key to RBA’s style. A real middle finger to the doubt and disdain the Hurricanes have gotten over the past two decades— not a real hockey town, at any point they’re relocating, their owner is tight, the Surge is a PR ploy and they’re a Bunch of Jerks.

Cup #2 dares you to disrespect this team!

Yeah, that’s about the 5th different number I’ve seen for the capacity after the seating and aisle changes. The official capacity will probably end up being something completely different when they’re done.

So here's a question for you long timers in here...who on earth locally gets newspapers delivered daily where some of us can find a couple copies on Friday morning? I saw online tons of chatter where they want you to subscribe to a $40 a month subscription...does Teeter and some of these gas stations locally even get a daily drop of papers for someone to even drop in and buy a single copy anymore?

They re-did the floor finish in some of the first floor batchrooms during that long-ass break before the conference finals. Which I found fairly hilarious.

Grocery stores usually have print copies … and Barnes and Noble (those that are still alive).
 
FWIW, just got an email from the Canes and the Paint the Ice event will not be held this year. They just site “circumstances” but it’s really because the interior renovations are starting.
 
Circumstances, are like "an incident" which is what they called the armed robbery at Walgreens yesterday, two blocks from the office.

They are busy "painting the town" Red in Cup celebrations and beer...lots and lots of beer!!! 🍻
